Vendor Management is a sophisticated module in CloudBLM which enables Business Units to provide access to third party vendors who will be closely accociated in the project. Through our tightly organized control mechanism, assign tasks and communicate project specific information effectively to the contractors and sub-contractors throughout the different phases of the project.
Vendors are created at the Site Level and imported into specified Business Units.
Site level is a high-level platform in Cloud BLM. It is accessed by the BLM admin and Site Admin. Business Units are created at the Site Level. Business Unit is Administered by a Business units Admin. Business unit Admin is a default role. BLM admin or Site Admin will assign a user as Business Unit Admin.
New Roles are created at the Site Level and Business Unit level by BLM admin, Site Admin and Business Unit Admin respectively. These roles are assigned with custom permission to control the access of various modules within ClouldBLM.
CloudBLM offers a default Workflow for Issue Management, Document Management and RFI Management. Apart from the default workflows, new workflows can be created at the Site Level and Business Unit level by BLM admin, Site Admin and Business Unit Admin respectively.
