Document Management acts as a central repository for all the project related documents.
Models published from the Native Software are stored, where they are organized based on projects, sub projects and the parent models
Drawing Management uploads and stores 2D Drawings generated from design software like Revit and allows them to be viewed as PDF documents
2D Viewer is a key functionality to view drawings exported from the native software such as Revit and allows creating issues, RFIs and markups directly

CloudBLM’s Drawing Management is a repository to store and manage 2D drawing of all the projects and sub-projects.
Models published from the Native Software are stored in Model Management and acts as a repository for all the Models pertaining to the Project.
Project asset management will enable users to maintain and control all the assets related to the project gathered from design data within the model.
2D Viewer, is used to view basic drawings which are exported from the models. Whereas 3D Viewer is used to view 3D Models as well as assets exported from the model.
Create and save markups from 2D Viewer, raise markups as issues and RFI’s are few of the key feature within the 2D Viewer.
Every upload is considered as an iteration in CloudBLM and the changes made to the data will be tracked.
Tracking every upload as an iteration and when a final resolution is attained, the record will be automatically created as a new version number of the particular BIM data.
To enable version control, the admin needs to check “enable version control” option (Usually from Done Category) during workflow definition to map to a previous status thereby revising the document until it is finalized.
